UvA Pride Friday: LGBT's in the labour market9 May 2014 16:00 - 19:00 @ CREA, Nieuwe Achtergracht 170, Amsterdam
I will discuss how sexual minorities perform in the labor market. In addition, I will describe recent economic research on the relevance of traditional factors (such as differences in skills and discrimination) as well as previously unexplored factors (such as differences in taste for competition and gender identity) in explaining differences in labor market outcomes.
